What is Zoe Soup?

Every year friends in the Raleigh North Carolina area who are supporting Zoe Empowerment Groups, come together to make over 1000 jars of soup starter kits. Our soup, also known as Zoe Friendship Soup, has developed quite a following over the years. We think folks keep asking for it because it's delicious, and because it makes such a thoughtful gift.
